Benefits and Flexibility
Access to a dental network in Massachusetts, and if required Maine, New
Hampshire and Vermont.
No balance billing - Members cannot be billed for the difference between the
participating dentist's usual charge and the agreed on maximum allowable
Reduced paper work - Participating dentists complete and forward dental claims
directly to NEDA so members do not have to file
claim forms. Claim payments are sent directly to the participating dentist.
Notification of Benefit (NOB) forms are sent to the patient detailing how the
claim was paid, and showing the amount that the patient will owe the
NEDA's Performance Guarantees
